We were up rather early for breakfast and final packing. Then it was on the buses at about 8:45 for a
trip to the airport.
Check-in was easy and we had lounge passes so were able to relax there
and have a bite to eat before catching our plane to London.
The flight was uneventful and we were met just outside of baggage claim
by a driver from Cunard to take us to our hotel in Southampton, about an hour
from London. We had a lovely visit on
the way.
We had all kinds of internet problems at the hotel but finally decided
it was better in the lobby. So we spent
some time there working on emails and other internet items.
We don’t leave the hotel until early afternoon tomorrow so we have the
evening to get a few things done.
